How do I redeem my points for rewards?

Visit your rewards dashboard when logged in to your account to view available rewards. Here, you'll be presented with your points balance and, if relevant, an option to redeem it for money off your next order or a selected marketplace product.

If converting into a money-off voucher, you'll be presented with a code to use at checkout. Please be sure to enter this before you pay, noting that only one code can be used at a time.

If you redeem a marketplace product instead, this will be automatically added to your basket.

Kindly note that once redeemed, points cannot be reinstated.
