If you earn points on a purchase and later decide to return an item(s), the points corresponding to the returned item(s) will be deducted from your points balance.
For example, if your purchase totalled £300, and you returned £100 worth of product, the 300 points you earned would be adjusted to 200 points after the return is processed.
Your tier will be determined by the amount spent after returns. If you moved into a higher tier with your most recent purchase but decide to return that order, your status will revert to your previous tier until you make your next qualifying purchase.
