            At Murad we want all of our orders to reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason you have an issue with your order/item whether it be damaged, faulty, or incorrect please reach out to our customer service team who will be happy to help. 


            Please ensure you take photographic evidence of the dispatch note included in your parcel along with the packaging it arrived in. Please retain all items and packaging until your issue has been resolved by our team. Please email our team with the following information.


            We monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong, and damaged items for abuse. We reserve the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, the shopping account is subject to closure.
